Inner Awakening Survey Dec 2009
IA program was recently completed on 22nd December 2009 at the Nithyanandam Dhyanapeetam, Bidadi Ashram, India.
Participant Survey Highlights:

99% of the participants would recommend the program to others.

94% had increased positive outlook to life
94% also had increased positive outlook to life
81% noticed a decrease in thoughts per second (TPS)
77% had more energy
66% reported improved self confidence levels after completing the program
62% reported that they had noticed a change in their emotional reactions such as anger and fear
74% reported that had noticed that they handled difficult situations better
98% rated the program as good to excellent
1. Physical: Energy levels after IA program: 77% had more energy levels and 19% had same energy.
2. Mental: Questions related to living in the present were asked. 97% responded that they were more aware of their thoughts. 94% also had increased positive outlook to life.
81% of participants who filled up the survey had noticed a decrease in thoughts per second (TPS), 17% felt it was to early to tell about TPS ,
3. Emotional: 66% reported improved self confidence levels after completing the program. (At least 1 grade improvement on a graded scale 1-5). 62% reported that they had noticed a change in their emotional reactions such as anger and fear.
74% reported that had noticed that they handled difficult situations better at the end of the program.
4. Social: 98% rated the program as good to excellent. (scale 1-5) . (82% rated it as being excellent).
99% of the participants responded that they would recommend the program to others.
Conclusions: Among the people who completed the survey, the results showed clear benefit in all dimensions of day to day living including physical, mental, emotional and social aspects. It also showed a high level of satisfaction with the program. A follow up survey is planned at the end of 3 months to assess for lasting and ongoing benefits of the program.
