6 Steps to Living Enlightenment

Start living your knowledge

Decide consciously that you will put into practice any knowledge that you receive. No knowledge that you receive should go without practice. You should experience its benefits wherever applicable. This habit itself will cause you to live enlightenment! The whole problem starts when knowledge is received and stored and life happens independent of it. For example, if you read somewhere that it is foolish to be jealous of another person, just drop jealousy from your system that very moment! That is intelligence! And only then you are justified in gathering knowledge. Otherwise you are nothing more than a huge library.

Attract the higher energies!

Just remember continuously that you are designed for jeevan mukti - Living  Enlightenment. Read, listen and speak only the spiritual truths that support this. Then you will automatically attract the higher energies in your life in whatever you do. Living attracting the higher  energies in your life is what I call Living  Enlightenment!

No more worries

Decide now that you will not harbor worry within you for even one moment. The moment you find yourself repeating ‘worry words’, detach from them with awareness. Awareness is the key. The more often you detach with awareness, the more worry-free you will become. Living in a worry-free zone is what is called Living Enlightenment.

Go beyond the suffocation

When you feel an inexpressible suffocation sometimes, understand that in all those moments you are trying to reach out beyond your body and mind to your higher consciousness. Watch out for these moments and look in with awareness. You will connect to the higher purpose of your life. Living with continued awareness about the higher purpose of life is what I call Living Enlightenment.

Your energy lies in the moment

Just respond to every moment with complete awareness and freshness. Don’t be influenced by the past or future. When you respond this way, you will take clear and simple decisions. There will be no stress. Above all, tremendous energy will flow in you all the time because the energy locked in traveling to the past and future is now fully available to you! Responding this way is what I call intelligence! Being in the present is the most energy-giving way of life.

Be ready to jump into the unknown!

When you are excited to enter into the unknown, you are ready for fresh intelligence to awaken in you. The known is boring. There is no juice in it. It is secure, but like the security of the graveyard. The unknown sharpens the spontaneity in you. It updates your intelligence. It keeps you alive. It gives you the confidence to live life. As a result, it creates a unique beauty and grace in you. Living in the unknown is living with real intelligence. It is also what I call Living Enlightenment!
