U.S. COURT OF APPEALS OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON DENIES APPEAL OF CONVICTED CHILD RAPIST VINAY K. BHARDWAJ

Washington, U.S.A  (October 30, 2014) - The Honorable Court of Appeals of the State of Washington – Division One unanimously denied the appeal of Vinay K. Bharadwaj in the child rape case of State of Washington v. Vinay Keshavan Bharadwaj (Case No.10-1-10009-8 SEA).

 

Mr. Vinay Bharadwaj is already serving a jail sentence of 4 years 9 months for multiple counts of child rape in the aforementioned case adjudicated by the Superior Court of Washington, USA.

 

Mr. Bharadwaj is due to personally appear for a court ordered examination under oath in relation to the false civil case filed by Mr. Vinay Bharadwaj against Sri Nithyananda Swami and several U.S. non-profits that has already been dismissed in favor Sri Nithyananda Swami and the other defendants (Case No. CIVRS 1013793). The Appellate Court in this case also denied any and all appeals by Mr. Bharadwaj in the matter.
