Description in English:
As Paramahamsa Nithyananda travels to Tiruvannamalai today, the morning satsang offers a replay of Bhagavad Gta discourse on Sankhya Yoga. In this talk on Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 2 Verses 23 & 24, Paramahamsa Nithyananda describes the unsurpassed teaching style of the Vedic tradition. Gita provides us with a blueprint to illustrate it. The Self is arrayed in five energy layers, moving inward from gross body (Annamaya) to the true living spirit (Anandamaya), which is our experience of Immortality. When a teacher imparts instruction to a student he should begin with scientific evidence, independent proof of his point. This engages and breaks through the mind layer (Manomaya). Then he progresses to penetrate the student’s wisdom layer (Vignanamaya) through an informal approach, using friendly jokes and stories. At the close of the session, student and teacher should have formed a deep feeling connection in which the sacred secrets beyond logic can be imparted to the True Self layer (Anandamaya). This is the teaching model Krishna delivers to Arjuna, as he unveils the mystery of Death.
