Nithyananda Diary | Bali Inner Awakening Day - 19 | Padukapuja | Satsang | Meditation | Sarvadarshan

This morning devotees gathered to offer Prataksha Pada Puja (an offering of gratitude to the divine lotus feet of the master) followed by chanting from Guru Gita and the daily ‘Nithya Satsang’.  Today is day 19 of Inner Awakening + En-genius programs, as well as the 22nd batch of the Nirahara (No-Food) Samyama, Level 4.
Today Swamiji continued to speak on the ‘Science of Miracles’.  He described that just as gravity pulls us down, Grace pulls us up – we just need to identify and enrich our ‘Up’ button.  He described this ‘Up button’ ‘The Decisive Component for Creating Reality’.  For some people merely smearing holy ash on their forehead will put them in the space of trust and
sincerity, for others, simply wearing Rudraksha will raise them. We must identify and encourage that which works for us, and avoid that which does not.  If you are excited about enriching, you have found the decisive component! Swamijis discourse concluded with the Nirahara Samyama (A 21minute meditation process to activate our innate potential to live without food) and individual blessings in ‘Sarva Darshan’.
