Case filed against Suvarna News 24x7 by Varanasi lawyer before VII Additional CJM, Varanasi

On 3rd April 2013, Mr. Pankaj Dubey, a devotee of Sri Nithyananda Swami, filed a complaint registered under Case No. 461/2013 at the VII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Varanasi, against the continuous vengeful onslaught of Suvarna TV on Sri Nithyananda Swami, the most recent one being an open, blatant show of violence on a panel discussion where the panelist Mr. Vagish Prasad wielding a chopper openly issued a threat to life to Sri Nithyananda Swami and his followers. This program was aired continuously by the accused TV channel Suvarna News 24x7. The complaint is here.On 9th March 2013, Mr. A.C. Narendran, a devotee of Sri Nithyananda Swami, had also filed a complaint against Suvarna News 24x7 at the High Grounds Police Station in Cr. No. 0081/2013.
