The USA hospital doctors who treated Ms. Arathi Rao for her multiple highly contagious and incurable STDs including Herpes simplex, Genital Herpes, Herpes Gladiatorum, have sworn under oath that the medical reports of Ms. Arathi Rao are completely true and that they have given the medial findings documented in her medical records which was submitted by the Hospital on the direction of the USA Court to the Indian Court and Karnataka CID as well as the lawyer of Sri Nithyananda Swami for his defense in the false rape case against him by Ms. Arathi Rao.
Ohio, USA - The United States District Court Southern District Of Ohio issued a judgment against Mrs. Aarthi S. Rao and in favor Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam of Columbus in Delaware, Ohio (NDC) (Case No. 2:13-CV-00526). The order states, “It is hereby ADJUDGED, ORDERED, and DECREED that judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff, and against Defendant Rao, in the amount of Four Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand, Two Hundred Eleven and 25/100 Dollars ($463,211.25), plus attorney’s fees ($10,568.30), plus costs ($603.20), plus post-judgment interest in the amount of 3% per annum.”
On October 18, 2013, The U.S. Court of Appeal of The State of California, Fourth District (Division Two) gave its further final irrevocable decision beyond the scope of appeal (E058153) in the false case filed by Vinay K. Bharadwaj, the false victim who laid false claims of unnatural sex abuse against Sri Nithyananda Swami.
In yet another corroboration by medical experts, FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) Academy specialist on infectious diseases Dr. McIlroy, has categorically stated in his detailed report (full report below) after analyzing the medical reports of Sri Nithyananda Swami as well as conspirator and false rape victim Aarthi Rao, that the rape incidents alleged by Aarthi Rao against Sri Nithyananda Swami are false and untenable.
On 11 March 2013, Cr. No. 0077/2013 was registered against Mr. Lenin Karuppan in the case filed by Ms. A. Pushpa for various offences under Sections 511, 506, 376, 384,342, 354 of IPC, and Section 3(10) of the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The case was registered after the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka directed the police to do proper investigation in the case.
