  1. Be seated in the padmasana and then place the elbows on toes
  2. Interlock the fingers
  3. Place the chin on the knuckles
  4. Press the thumbs against the throat
  5. Settle in this posture first for 60 seconds

TECHNIQUE

  1. Inhale FORCEFULLY
  2. Hold the breath to the maximum capacity by closing the nostrils
  3. Exhale when you feel you cannot hold anymore
  4. Exhaling should be very soft, in a relaxed way
  5. Do this 21 times

TECHNIQUE

  1. Close the eyes
  2. Protrude your tongue as much as possible
  3. Roll the sides of the tongue like a tube
  4. Now inhale through the tube formed by the tongue. You will feel coolness in the mouth while inhaling
  5. After inhaling, close your mouth
  6. For a moment hold the breath
  7. Exhale through both the nostrils
  8. Do this 21 times

  1. Press the lower teeth with the upper teeth and open the lips comfortably
  2. Suck air through the gaps in between the teeth
  3. Be aware of the sound produced
  4. After inhaling close the mouth and exhale through the nose
  5. Do this 21 times
