TRANSLATION
Lying on the ground facing downwards with legs stretched, one should hold the feet turned upwards with his hands and contract his mouth and abdomen forcibly. This is termed by the Yogis as the Ushtrasana.
TECHNIQUE
- Lie flat on your chest
- Lift your legs upwards in this posture
- Take your hands backwards and catch hold of the feet firmly
- Contract the mouth and abdomen
- Be in this posture for 30 seconds

3. Contract the throat and rest your chin on the chest
4. Retain the air inside as much as you can possible
5. Release the throat lock and exhale slowly

TRANSLATION
One should retain the inhaled breath by performing Jalandhara Bandha (explained above). Then he should slowly exhale in this Jalandhara Bandha itself. It is called Moorchana Pranayama. It confers bliss by reducing the (Thoughts Per Second) TPS level.

- Stay in ushtrasana
- Inhale completely
- Contract your throat by resting the chin on the chest
- Retain the air as you can
- When can't hold anymore Exhale slowly in this posture itself

Resting on the toes on the ground and having lifted the heels in the air, the anus has to be placed on the heels. This is known as Uthkatasana.
TECHNIQUE
- Come to a full squat position
- Raise the heels and Bend the knees forward and balance on the toes itself
- Sit such that the anus touches the heels
- If you can't balance on the toes itself,You can rest the knees on the ground
- Stay in this state for 30 seconds
