TRANSLATION-cum-TECHNIQUE

  1. Sit in vajrasana with the lower leg, ankles and toes touching the ground
  2. Interlock the fingers
  3. Insert them on the floor on one side of your body
  4. Bend the head forward with the head touching the ground, raising the lower legs
  5. Let the lower leg be without touching the ground but close to the body
  6. Stay in this pose 30 seconds
