  1. Inhale along with the internal chanting of the mantra “so”
  2. Hold as long as you can judiciously
  3. While holding the breath, chant internally the mantra “soham” slowly
  4. Exhale with the internal chanting of the mantra “ham”
  5. Do this for 21 times

  1. Exhale completely
  2. Hold the breath outside as long as you can
  3. Now visualize moon on the top of your head
  4. Visualize nectar oozing out of it
  5. Mentally suck the nectar
    When you can't hold anymore, inhale
