For best results, practice this kriya before falling asleep and after immediately finishing the kriya have some water and go to sleep

 

1. BHADRA ASANA

TECHNIQUE

  1. Bend both the legs to the back, keep the feet facing up and sit on it
  2. Take both your hands to the back and hold your right toes with the left hand and left toes with the right hand
  3. Do Jaalandhara bandha, contract your throat, bend your chin and rest it on your chest
  4. Concentrate your gaze on the tip of your nose
  5. Remain in this pose for 30 seconds and release the Jaalandhara bandhas.

TECHNIQUE

  1. Remain in same asana and Inhale fully
  2. lock the throat by keeping the chin on the chest
  3. Fix the Gaze at the tip of the nose
  4. Hold as long as you can
  5. When you cannot hold any more, release  the throat lock and exhale very slowly
  6. Then hold again
  7. Repeat this 16 times

3. NAABHO MUDRAA

TECHNIQUE 

  1. Turn the tongue upwards. Roll it and push it up
  2. Hold the breath with closed eyes
  3. Hold as long as you can then, relax
  4. Do this at least 16 times

TECHNIQUE

  1. Inhale slowly expanding the stomach
  2. Exhale slowly
  3. Do this 21 times
  4. After 21 times, Now inhale slowly
  5. Hold the breath as long as you can
  6. When you feel you cant hold quickly expel the air with the sound of bellows. At this moment the stomach should contract to touch the back
    (This is one Bhastrikaa)
  7. Do this complete sequence three times(After this kriya drink a little water)
