TRANSLATION-cum-TECHNIQUE

  1. Sit on the floor
  2. Place the left foot on top of the right thigh at the hip joint
  3. Having bent the right knee, place the right foot near the left knee
  4. Let the left elbow come outside the right knee
  5. Now hold the right toe with the left hand
  6. Keep the right thump on the right ear with other fingers also stretched (this posture will creates certain circuit to awaken your brain)
  7. Remain in this pose for 30 seconds
