  1. One heel should be placed in the space between the genitals and anus
  2. The other heel should be placed on the root of the genitals.
  3. Fix the chin upon the chest
  4. Keep your body straight
  5. Gaze at the eye brows center
  6. Settle in this posture for 30 seconds

TECHNIQUE

  1. Inhale deeply
  2. Hold the breath while contracting the whole body
  3.  Have intense awareness and visualize the whole body contracting: abdomen, throat, chest, back, the whole body
  4. When you can't hold anymore, relax your body and exhale slowly
  5. Do this 21 times

TECHNIQUE

  1. Continue to be seated in the same asana
  2. Fix your sight at one point and stare
  3. Do not blink your eyes
  4. Do not allow your eye balls to move
  5. Do not move your body
  6. You may visualize your whole body has become like a log of wood. Put your awareness on the nose (This creates certain awareness and cleanses parts inside your brain.Naturally your breath intake and exhalation level will come down and the Kumbhaka– holding of the breath will happen.)
  7. When you feel you cann't hold the breath, relax, and again continue to fix the gaze
  8. Do this 21 times

TECHNIQUE

  1. Swallow air very slowly and let the air go little by little like eating rice morsel by morsel
  2. One you are full, Immediately contract the throat and Place the chin on the chest
  3. Hold the breath in this posture as long as possible
  4. Then release the lock,exhale slowly from the throat
  5. Do this 21 times

  1. Sit on the floor with the legs extended
  2. Bring the heels together and knees apart
  3. Bend the head forward and place it on heels
  4. Close the hands together and keep the forearms on ground
  5. Gaze at the tip of the nose
  6. Settle in this posture for 30 seconds
